If you have not had any response to your order within the next 1-2 days first check your spam or junk mail and then please contact me as there may be a technical problem that I am unaware of.
I attend to each order personally and I will respond to new orders as soon as possible and usually within 24 hours.
I’ll need your birth details to calculate any birth charts and if you need to add or amend something please do so immediately through my contact form.

Please note: For Astrology reports, I cannot guarantee that any changes can be dealt with after I have received the birth details. This is because the report may already be in production.
For pre-paid consultations, I will contact you to arrange an appointment time.
Delivery times.
If you have ordered a report I usually try to have it prepared and despatched within 48 hours.
I do attend to orders at the earliest opportunity but unfortunately, delays can sometimes occur. Unexpected or unavoidable circumstances can disrupt daily schedules. An email message will be sent to advise you of any exceptional delays so you can choose to wait or to cancel your order.
